HONOR
DEPARTED LOVED ONES AT BRIDGETON’S ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
The
holidays can be bittersweet when a loved one is no longer with us. No matter
the
length of time they’ve been gone, we still greatly miss them. This year the
City of Bridgeton’s Recreation Department is offering a special way to commemorate
family and friends.
In
keeping with the theme, “Hollywood of the Holidays”, the stars of our lives
can
be remembered through Remembrance Stars.
The Remembrance Star is a 24x24 photo
that can be placed in a 7 ½ ft. simulation of a filmstrip. The cost is just
$15.00 each.
Your
loved one’s name, as well as the sender’s name, will be included in the program
booklet. An order form for Remembrance
Stars can be downloaded by visiting www.cityofbridgeton.com
or by calling the Bridgeton Recreation Office at (856) 453-1675 and an order
form will be mailed to you.
Photos
must be of high quality, a portrait shot, using jpeg format. Email photos to
the email address on the form and mail your payment separately to: Bridgeton Recreation
Office, City Hall Annex, 181 E. Commerce Street, Bridgeton NJ 08302.
The
deadline to submit photos and payment is November 20, 2015. For more
