24 -- Library open 10-2.

Preschool Story Time
Tuesdays, December 2, 9, 16 and 23, 10:30 am
Children ages 2-6
and a caregiver are invited for stories, songs, finger plays, crafts and a
snack. Story time is free and does not
require registration.
Story and Craft
Tuesdays, December 2, 9, 16 and 23 at 10:30 am
Kids ages 7 and up are invited to share stories, activities
and crafts. This program will take place at the same time as our Preschool
Story Time and is perfect for older siblings!
Teen Holiday Tree
Decorating Program
Tuesday, December 2, 6pm
Teens, 12-18, are invited to
make decorations for the library’s annual themed holiday tree. This year’s
theme is Anime & Manga. No registration required.
Guided Tours of Woodruff Museum
Wednesdays,
December 3, 10 and 17, 1-4pm
A knowledgeable
volunteer will be on hand to provide guided tours of the Woodruff Museum of
Indian Artifacts on Wednesdays from 1-4pm.
Cinema Series
Thursday, December 4, 7pm
The Cinema Series at the Bridgeton Library will present a
highly acclaimed film followed by a discussion. Please call 856 451-2620 for
title information and to register.
Baby Time!
Fridays, December 5, 12 and 19, 10:30 am.
Babies, ages 6 to 23 months, and their parents or a
caregiver are invited to Baby Story Time where we will share simple stories,
nursery rhymes and songs. No registration is necessary.
Create a Gingerbread
House
Saturday, December 6, 1-2:30 pm
Kids of all ages are invited to create their own fantasy
“gingerbread house” using candy and graham crackers provided by the library.
Free! Registration is required. Please register by December 5.
Photo with Santa!
Saturday, December 6, 1-3 pm
Santa is taking time out of his busy schedule to visit with
his library friends! Children of all ages are invited to visit with Santa and
have a photo taken with him. A 4 x 6 photo may be purchased for $5, and each
child will receive a small gift from Santa. Proceeds benefit the Friends of the
Library and will be used for teen programs.
Teen Movie &
Pizza
Tuesday, December 9, 6 – 8:10 pm
Teens, 12-18, are invited to watch a newly released DVD on
our big screen while enjoying some delicious pizza. “A group of interstellar
outlaws team up to save the galaxy from an evil villain.” Rated PG-13.
Teen Winter
Party/Potluck Dinner
Tuesday, December 16, 6 pm.
Teens, 12-18, are invited to attend a potluck holiday party.
The library will provide the main dish and teens are asked to bring a side
dish, dessert, or snack. We will also premier the Teen Library Council’s new
movie promoting the library! Registration is required.
Board of Trustees
Meeting
Thursday, December 18, 4:45 pm
The Board of Trustees will meet on the main floor of the
library. The public is welcome to attend.
Teen Board Game Night
Tuesday, December 23, 6pm
Teens, 12-18, are invited to play some of the library’s
board and party games, or bring their own to share. No registration required.
